Terms and Conditions

Open Course Terms and Conditions

Delegates must register for their course on the dedicated Peeple training platform no less than 2 weeks before the training date.

Non-attendance

If a delegate who has already paid for a course is unable to attend, they will be offered a place on an alternative course within 1 year of the original training date. This will be charged at the then-current rate at the time the training takes place. Any unused place will be forfeited after 1 year.

We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee where a delegate fails to attend a course without prior notice.

We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee where a delegate does not notify us of their inability to attend at least 5 working days before the course.

If a delegate is unable to attend and has already received training resources from Peeple, these must be returned at the delegate’s own cost.

Partial completion of training

Where a delegate completes the first day of a multi-day course but is unable to attend the remaining days, they may join an alternative course within 3 months of the original training date. If they are unable to attend a course within this 3-month period, they will need to book a new course, charged at the then-current rate.

Payment

Peep Learning Ltd (PLL), the trading arm of Peeple, will invoice the delegate once a completed booking form has been received.

Payment is due by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date, or 2 weeks before the training start date — whichever falls sooner. If required, please provide a valid Purchase Order number at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue payments.

All training invoices are subject to VAT (Peep Learning Ltd VAT Registration No: 768 4173 94).

Data protection

In line with GDPR, Peeple holds customer and delegate contact details — including address and phone number — on our training database. This information is used solely to manage course bookings and to send relevant pre- and post-course communications. For further details, see our Privacy Notice.

In-house and Bespoke Training Terms and Conditions

General booking conditions

Delegate numbers must be confirmed by the booking organisation using the registration link supplied by the Peeple training team. For face-to-face courses, this must be done at least 5 working days before the training date; for online courses, at least 10 working days before.

Cancellations

Peeple reserves the right to apply an administrative fee where a course is cancelled by the booking organisation at any point after a completed booking form has been submitted.

If a course is cancelled within 4 weeks of its start date, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee is set at 50% of the total cost for the minimum number of delegates specified in the booking form.

Substituting delegates

Where a booked delegate cannot attend, another delegate may be substituted in their place, subject to the following deadlines:

  • Face-to-face courses – substitutions accepted up to and including the training date itself.
  • Online courses – substitutions accepted up to 5 working days beforehand.

Requests received after these deadlines will not be accepted and will be treated as a non-attendance, as set out below.

Where no substitute is available and a delegate does not attend, the booking organisation will receive a credit for a future training place — but only if the course still met its minimum delegate numbers on the day. This credit is valid for 1 year from the original training date, must be redeemed within that period, and will be billed at the rate applicable at the time of use. Unused credits expire after 1 year.

Minimum delegate numbers

At our sole discretion, we may choose to proceed with a course even if the organisation has not reached the required minimum number of delegates. Where this happens, the organisation remains liable for the full cost of the minimum number of delegates, irrespective of how many actually attend.

Venue requirements

For face-to-face training, the booking organisation is responsible for arranging a venue that meets the standards set out in our Logistics form. Should weather or other conditions present a health and safety risk to our trainers, we reserve the right to reschedule the course to a later date.

Incomplete attendance on multi-day courses

If a delegate attends the first day of a multi-day course but cannot continue on subsequent days, they may join an alternative course within 3 months of the original start date at no extra cost. If they do not attend within that 3-month window, a new course must be booked and will be charged at the then-current rate.

Payment

Peep Learning Ltd (PLL), the trading arm of Peeple, will invoice the booking organisation once a completed booking form has been received.

Payment is due by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date, or 2 weeks before the training start date — whichever falls sooner. If your organisation requires one, please provide a valid Purchase Order number at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue payments.

All training invoices are subject to VAT (Peep Learning Ltd VAT Registration No: 768 4173 94).
